SPECIAL OLYMPICS POLICY
We do not overbook like many large hotels do. Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly! Please read carefully!
From Feb 1, 2010 to March 31, 2010 the following policy will supersede our regular policy, terms and conditions.
Minimum 3 day stay for the regular BnB Suite
Minimum 3 day stay for the two non BnB in house Guestrooms
Payment: 50% on acceptance. Balance due July 1, 2009. 100% due for bookings after July 1, 2009
Payment Options: Visa or Master Card exclusively
Cancellation Policy:
Up to July 1, 2009: Full refund minus a one day administration fee (*). After July 1, 2009: NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION. However, we will do our best to try to rebook the space and will refund any portion that we can recuperate through another booking if any, minus a Cad$300 processing fee (*). Please purchase proper travel insurance to cover any loss you may occur! You can purchase Travel Insurance by clicking here.
The person making the reservation MUST be one of the guests. Photo ID required on arrival. The names of all the guests in the party must also be provided at the time of booking and will be verified on arrival. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the booking being cancelled without any refund and lodging denied. This is to avoid scalpers reselling our rooms at a higher price and will be stricly enforced! If you purchased a reservation anywhere else than directly through us, you will NOT get any accommodation on arrival and your money will NOT be refunded!
Upon reception of your reservation request you will be sent a legally binding agreement form which must be signed and returned within 48 hours. Your reservation will only be confirmed after reception of that form and your payment has been processed.
Check in: 3.00 p.m. You may drop your luggage earlier with prior notice. Check out: 11.00 a.m. You may leave your luggage for later pick up.
EARLY CHECK-OUT: NO REFUNDS. However, should we be able to rebook, we will refund any portion that we can recuperate through another booking if any, minus a Cad$150 processing fee (*).

We highly recommend that you contact your travel agent or credit card company regarding trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your plans.You can get Travel Insurance HERE.
* If you are entitled to a refund: In ALL CASES refunds of Deposits can ONLY be refunded to the VERY SAME Credit Card used for the deposit. Due to the large amount of scam attempts, positively NO EXCEPTIONS!
Guests must arrange any change in number of guests, or length of stay prior to reserved date of arrival. We will try our best to accommodate such changes, but we cannot guarantee it. As the rooms are booked based on a flat rate, there will be no discount for fewer guests in the room.
Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 PM (15:00 and 18:00). If you require an early or late arrival, we will try to accommodate you. However, it must be pre-arranged! Check out time is 11:00 AM (11:00). Our suite has been designed for adults and adolescents and is unfortunately not appropriate for children under 12 , visitors included.
We are proud to offer you a smoke free environment! Smoking is only allowed outside the house, otherwise a cleaning fee of Cad$300 will be charged

. Candles are not allowed, due to insurance policy. . FREE parking is available in the street. . Unfortunately, our house is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. . Please do not forget to travel with your passport/proof of citizenship as refunds cannot be made due to being turned back at the border. . A reservation request does not constitute a reservation until we have received this signed agreement, your credit card deposit has been processed and we have contacted you to confirm the booking. . All reservations are subject to confirmation and deposit and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate or causes beyond our control.

This Agreement shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
