Minimum 2 or 3 night stay depending on season .
Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate a shorter stay.
There is a $30.00 extra charge per night when we can accept a stay inferior to our minimum stay for the season. However, there is no extra charge if the shorter stay is contiguous to another existing booking (immediately before or after another booking).
- During the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 to January 5 inclusive), the minimum stay is exceptionally increased to a minimum of 5 night stay.
- Other minimum stays may occasionally apply, please enquire.
- Occasionally, higher special events rates may apply, please enquire.
- We also offer an economical "turnkey"
weekly rate (no breakfast).
- For guests staying less than a week and preferring
our "no breakfast" option, we provide a discount on
our regular rates (see details next page).
