High season, per night (2 nights minimum stay):

50% deposit required (minimum deposit charge: 1 night stay) - Balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment required for bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival. Please read our Policy page for details.

( * ) 1 or 2 guests rate, guests share the same bed (Queen size). Should the 2 guests want to use separate bedrooms (2 beds: 1 Queen size and 1 Double), there is an additional charge of Cad$ 45.00 per night.

No breakfast option:

This rate is provided for guests who don't have time for a formal breakfast or are planning to have breakfast somewhere else. This no breakfast option must be indicated at booking time! Not available once the booking is already made.

We also offer a 'Vancouver B and B' special "turnkey" weekly rate (7 nights or more):
