Rates are for the whole 538 sq.ft. Suite, not per person!
All prices are in  Canadian dollar and will be charged to your credit card in Canadian Dollar (CAD$).
Canadian GST Tax (5%) extra.
However, we DO NOT CHARGE the 8% Hotel Sales Tax that many other Bed and Breakfasts have to charge.
(You save 8%!)
Prices provided for Vancouver B and B in US$ and in € are only indicative, are given in real time, and vary from day to day.
If the rate in US$ or € is equal to "0.00", it means that the currency conversion service is temporarily unavailable.
( * ) 1 or 2 guests rate, guests share the same bed (Queen size). Should the 2 guests want to use separate bedrooms (2 beds: 1 Queen size and 1 Double), there is an additional charge of CAD$45.00 per night.
No breakfast option:
This discounted rate is provided for guests who don't have time for a formal breakfast or are planning to have breakfast somewhere else. This no breakfast option must be indicated at booking time! Not available once the booking is already made.
We also offer a 'Vancouver B and B' special "turnkey" weekly rate (7 nights or more):
50% deposit of weekly rate required - Balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment required for bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival. Please read our Policy page for details.
We do NOT book for more than 29 contiguous days!
